Meditation ClassNovember 15th (Sun.) 1-4pm:
This class is for people interested in learning the concepts behind meditation and learning how to perform meditations for themselves and for groups. Lisa Satin, leader of the Manifestation Meditation Group, will be revealing some secret formulas on how to conduct successful meditations that lead people safely and deeply into trance states.
In this class you will learn how to lead a Relaxation Meditation, a Chakra Meditation, and one additional theme of your choice.
Students will be practicing on each other and you are sure to come out relaxed and comfortable after the class!
Tuition: $45 when fully enrolled by Nov. 1st, $55 thereafter
