Join us in this beneficial weekend retreat starting Friday afternoon and ending Sunday after lunch

Healing essentially comes from the mind, not from our body. Disease is caused by our self-cherishing, ignorance, anger, attachment and other delusions & by the negative actions motivated by these negative thoughts.

Doing retreat helps us to work on our mental problems and delusions, and to develop realizations, and good qualities. This structured retreat will ensure that you have some uninterrupted time for your meditation and a like-minded group of people to support your practice.

We are inspired this year to offer our annual Medicine Buddha on a dana basis! To hold your space as a residential retreater, we request a $100 registration donation; $50 for commuters retreators. Your initial donation will be applied towards your offering to LMB for accommodation (shared), food and program expenses.

It is Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s wish that we offer the Medcine Buddha Retreat every year. The Medicine Buddha practice is an important practice to get familiar with. It is a multi-purpose practice!
