Description
During their Golden Age, the Dutch pushed the North Sea out of the low lands and drained bogs and sweet water lakes to use as farmland. They transformed their country’s landscape and triggered what would become the largest dairy industry in Europe. Master cheesemonger Betty Koster, owner of Fromagerie l’Amuse in Amsterdam, will lead a tasting of the rarest artisan and farmstead cheeses still made in Holland and connect each one of them to the history, region and grasses that make them unique.More Info
