The Mind and Meditation Workshop is about the Next Step - From Postures onto Breathing and Meditation, taught as a simple sequence. Moving from body to breath to a calm mind, it takes you to a state of deep relaxation. Learn to de-stress, re-energize and take home simple, effective and powerful practices.This program offers special attention to exploring the power of breath to achieving greater depths of peace within and has been designed for experienced as well as seasoned practitioners.
