Just in time for Valentine's Day, come enjoy a weekend retreat on the topic of loving kindness. This retreat will focus on mindfulness meditation to calm and pacify our minds, cultivating loving kindness for ourselves and analytical meditation on how to develop and practice loving kindness for all we encounter in our world. Led by Venerable Jampa Sangmo, an experienced meditation teacher and practitioner and long time meditator Laurie McLaughlin, this retreat is open to new and experienced meditators alike.You may attend all or part of the retreat, please call 24 hours before arrival, if you want meals.
Cost for entire retreat sliding scale depending on how much of the retreat you attend.
