Boasting a strong international following for its signature sound and technique, the Dmitri Matheny Group performs a repertoire of familiar jazz classics, hard bop, West Coast cool and beloved standards from the Great American Songbook. Celebrated for his warm tone, soaring lyricism and masterful technique, American jazz flugelhornist Dmitri Matheny −“the first breakthrough flugelhornist since Chuck Mangione” (San Jose Mercury News) – has toured extensively as a soloist and bandleader throughout the United States, Europe and Asia; and has performed with a “who’s who” of international jazz luminaries, including his mentor, legendary jazz flugelhornist Art Farmer. The Dmitri Matheny Group features some of the Bay Area’s most beloved jazz performers, including Clairdee on vocals; Dave Ellis on tenor and soprano saxophones; Ruth Davies on bass; James Zimmerman on drums; and Matthew Clark on keyboard.

Long Meadow Ranch Winery & Farmstead is a sustainable food, wine and agricultural center located in St. Helena, the heart of the Napa Valley.
