Another local author, Rita Rivera, will share the wisdom behind her book, Milks Alive, which features 140 delicious and nutritious plant-milk recipes made from a variety of nuts and seeds. Mary Toscano will close the evening to discuss her title, Sweet Fire: Understanding Sugar's Role in Your Health.
