The Four Noble Truths are the original framework of Buddhist teaching and practice. From the beginning until today they provide the basic instruction for realizing enlightenment. Our daily life is the opportunity to practice this old wisdom and enjoy liberation and freedom from suffering. This class will explore the teaching of the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path and examine their relevance in studying the self and transforming our lives.
Fees: $120; $108 current SFZC members; $72 limited income. Scholarships available.
