The New Hall in collaboration with Bonnie Kwong & Pro Arts present:Little Song: Sonnet Writing Workshop
Write a little song, a sonnet, about anything, anything at all.
Write one with rhymes, or none.
Write one with 14 lines, or 13.
Write a Shakespearean or modern sonnet.
Write a crown of sonnets.
Collaborate, write your own, or stay home and don't even think about writing a sonnet.
Whatever you do, The New Hall will be here with Bonnie Kwong writing sonnets. We may even read a few for inspiration.
Disclaimer: this event need not relate to Valentine's Day.
Where: Pro Arts Gallery 150 Frank H Ogawa Plaza
Downtown Oakland, near 15th and Broadway
When: Saturday February 4th 1-3pm
Cost: Free (limit 30 people, first come first serve)
