We're in Los Gatos every month October through April at a safe, lighted location where we can work out indoors or outdoors depending on the weather!

Our Los Gatos boot camp is located at Mulberry School, 220 Belgatos Rd., Los Gatos, 95032.

This camp is a co-ed evening camp that meets on Tuesday and Thursday from 6-6:50 pm

In addition to twice weekly professionally designed full body workouts that are never the same twice, all campers receive a 30-page nutrition manual, meal plans designed by a Registered Dietician, and a pre-camp evaluation---all included in the price of the camp!!!

Don't let the name "Boot Camp" scare you. We promise we won't yell at you--but we will encourage and motivate you to work at YOUR peak level in order to get the best results.

Space is limited at our Los Gatos boot camp and priority is given to returning campers.
