Left BehindWhat remains when one leaves? Is there an absence? Does a trace linger? Can a shadow last beyond its presence? What happens when you piece together bits of a whole? Where do the removal and the leftovers overlap? What does a memory hold after the experience? How accurate is that recollection? Can reconstruction ever accurately reflect? What is in the between? What is lost? What is left behind?
