Left Bank Brasserie San Jose Hosts Beaujolais Nouveau Harvest Fête

Left Bank Brasserie on Santana Row in San Jose will be hosting a Beaujolais Nouveau Harvest Fête on Thursday, November 15 with a Harvest Reception and Dinner. The 5:30 p.m. $15.00 reception with small bites, live music and a sampling of Beaujolais (both Cru and just released Nouveau vintage) will be followed by a $70.00 (this price includes both reception and dinner) three-course prix fixe wine-paired dinner created by Executive Chef Patricio Mejia and served at 7:00 p.m. All prices exclude tax and gratuity. The evening’s prix fixe menu will be comprised of Creamy Butternut Squash Soup with crème fraiche and pepitas; Beef Beaujolais, 24-hour Beaujolais marinated beef served family style with sides of whipped potatoes, rainbow carrots, Brussels sprouts and roasted root vegetables; and a Pear Pistachio Frangipane Tart with crème Chantilly.

The reception will be hosted in Via (the covered space alongside the restaurant on Santana Row) and dinner will be in the Salle des Amis private dining room.
