Left Bank Brasserie in San Jose's Santana Row will be celebrating La Fête du Cochon from Monday, June 10 through Friday, June 14. La Fête du Cochon is a traditional festival held in France which honors the many classic dishes prepared using pig. In addition to their regular menu, Left Bank will feature a la carte specials in the spirit of the occasion.

The specials will be Drunken Charcutier Meatloaf with a red wine reduction for $8.75; housemade Smoked Morteau Sausage with Dupuy lentils salad with wild baby arugula for $8.50; housemade Basque Chorizo with almonds, fried and served on a basil sauce for $7.00; Grilled Baby Back Ribs with a honey lavender and lemon glaze for $9.75; Marinated Grilled Pork Confit with red wine roasted shallots and ratatouille for $19.50; Shredded Pork Confit with artichoke hearts, spinach, phyllo dough, feta cheese, sage and pork demi-glace for $18.75; and Apple Cake with crispy bacon, sea salt caramel and bourbon crème anglaise for $8.00.
