Left Bank Brasserie in Menlo Park will be celebrating La Fête du Cochon from Monday, June 10 through Friday, June 14. La Fête du Cochon is a traditional festival held in France which honors the many classic dishes prepared using pig. In addition to their regular menu, Left Bank will feature a la carte specials in the spirit of the occasion.

The specials will be a Beet Salad with pickled cherries, mâche, raspberries, fromage blanc and bacon honey vinaigrette for $9.00; Basque Sausage with stuffed dates wrapped in bacon, and almond for $9.00; Baby Back Ribs with smoked cherries, and LB Steak Sauce for $19.50; Porketta infused with juniper, fennel, rosemary, thyme, and coriander, with warm fingerling potato salad, arugula and Dijon pork sauce for $22.50; and Grilled Pork Rack with apple celery root purée, exotic mushrooms and polenta for $24.50.
