Left Bank Brasserie in Larkspur, California will offer a “head-to-tail” selection of Fallon Hills Ranch milk-fed spring lamb a la carte dinner menu specials on Thursday, May 17 from 5:30 to 10:00 p.m. The regular Left Bank menu will also be available.Rancher Kevin Maloney from Fallon Hills will be on hand to talk about the lamb and about what sets Fallon Hills apart from other ranches.
The a la carte specials will be a warm Spring Lamb Tongue Salad with olives and an herb vinaigrette ($12.50); Spring Lamb Kidney Cassolette with Pineau des Charentes wine and spicy crème fraîche ($10.75); Bacon Wrapped Grilled Lamb Liver Salad with wild watercress and a fresh cherry vinaigrette ($12.50); Fennel Dusted Spring Lamb Sweetbread Nuggets with Basque vegetables ($12.50); house-made Spring Lamb Merguez Sausage with chick pea tabouleh and mint scented goat cheese yogurt ($16.75); and Honey Glazed Leg Confit and Grilled Chop with sweet pea purée, chickpea fritter and a red wine beet reduction ($28.50).
