Left Bank Brasserie in Larkspur will host the next in their “Head-To-Tail” series with a Nasty Bits dinner on Thursday, August 23 with open seating beginning at 5:30 p.m.This special event showcases Nasty Bits menu offerings available on an a la carte basis, in addition to the restaurant's regular dinner menu.
Nasty Bits specials will be Braised Beef Tripe with vegetable mirepoix, white wine and Calvados ($13.25); Braised and Grilled Beef Tongue with sautéed market peppers, and orange and chili salad ($14.50); and Veal Sweetbreads with Vadouvan spices, carrot, spinach and coconut vinaigrette ($18.75).
