Left Bank Brasserie Hosts "Meat & Greet" Event to Support Marin OrganicLeft Bank Brasserie in Larkspur will host a "Meat & Greet" event in support of Marin Organic on Thursday, July 31 beginning at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are priced at $35.00 which includes tax and gratuity.
The restaurant has teamed up with Mindful Meats, Jordan Vineyard and Winery, and Stonestreet Winery for an evening of steak, wine, and conversation. A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to support the efforts of Marin Organic.
Guests will enjoy appetizers prepared by Left Bank Brasserie Chef de Cuisine Fabrice Marcon, featuring unique and favorite cuts of Mindful Meats beef. CEO, co-founder, and Board Director Claire Herminjard will discuss Mindful Meats’ efforts to bring organically and sustainably raised beef to consumers. Representatives from Jordan Vineyard & Winery and Stonestreet Winery will also be on hand to pour current and vintage releases of Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Those attending the event will have the chance to win Mindful Meat grilling gift packs.
