Leap Year only comes around every four years, so use it as an excuse to sip and learn about this most mysterious spirit! We've invited some of our favorite absinthe brands to uncover the secrets of this green liquid. Want the full experience? Join the VIP hour for a class that will make you a bona fide absinthe expert.Who: Drink Me Readers and all (21+) are welcome.
When: Wednesday, February 29th (Leap Day!) from 7-10pm. VIP's gain admittance at 6pm for a private absinthe class.

Why: Because this day happens only once every four years - and all-absinthe events are just as rare! After a tasting of different absinthes, you'll get to see the spirit in action in absinthe-based cocktails.
