Join San Jose Woman’s Club Women in Technology and Leadership Group for a fascinating evening of networking and knowledge featuring a panel of four inspiring and successful leaders who will share their career and leadership paths.

The panel includes:
Meg Virick, Director of the School of Management, San Jose State University. Meg is also the founding Director of the Institute for People and Performance, a center of excellence aimed at advancing knowledge of human capital management at the university.

Ishita Majumdar, Senior Director of Product Management, eBay. Ishita leads a diverse team of technical product managers, strategists to shape the future of eBay’s platform. In her role as President of eBay Women in Technology, her mission is to support the success of women at eBay.

Cindy Chavez, Santa Clara County Supervisor, District Two. Cindy chairs the Board’s Children, Families and Seniors Committee and serves on the Finance and Government Operations Committee. She also serves as Vice-Chair of the Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) and as a Director of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District.

Edwin Aoki, Vice President and Technology Fellow, PayPal. Edwin also serves as PayPal's Chief Architect and leads the Strategic Architecture Team, tasked with defining the company’s long-term technical road map and enabling the technologies that will allow the company to change the future of money.

Women in Technology and Leadership Women in Technology and Leadership (WIT) is one of the 11 Groups at SJWC that focus on a shared interest. WIT's mission is to showcase the stories of women and assist others in writing their own stories by mentoring and educating young and seasoned generations to help them develop skills in technical, leadership, and professional environments.
