LB Steak on Santana Row in San Jose to Host an “Aww Shucks!” Oyster Festival

LB Steak on Santana Row will host an “Aww Shucks!” Oyster Festival beginning on Monday, March 25 and continuing through Sunday, March 31. On those days, for lunch and dinner, guests will be able to enjoy for $21.00 a half dozen oysters served in one of three styles: BBQ Oysters (Grilled Oysters with Chorizo Butter); Emeril’s Oysters (Oysters with Leeks, Bacon, Spicy Hollandaise and Breadcrumbs); or Zesty Oysters (Oysters with a Lime and Cilantro Glaze).

In addition, there will be a $30.00 Oyster and Bubbles Patio Party on Saturday, March 30 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. with all you can eat oysters and all you can drink bubbles served on the patio fronting bustling Santana Row. No advance ticket purchase required.

Then on Sunday March 31, in celebration of National Oysters on the Half Shell Day and in the spirit of “long week, shuck it,” throughout the restaurant, raw oysters on the half shell will be served for $1.00 each (minimum 6 oysters) until they run out.

The restaurant’s regular lunch and dinner menus will be available throughout the Festival. All prices
exclude beverage, tax, and gratuity.
