LB Steak at Santana Row to Host Mardi Gras Celebration on February 21LB Steak at Santana Row in San Jose will be celebrating Mardi Gras all day on Tuesday, February 21 by featuring a la carte menu specials in the spirit of the occasion, plus the regular a la carte menu will also be served.
For lunch, guests can enjoy a Po’ Boy Sandwich, fried oysters on brioche with Creole mustard, spicy Louisiana onion and French fries ($13.75); Creole Shellfish Gumbo with okra, spicy filé herbs and sassafras leaves, served over long grain rice ($23.25) and Beignets, warm fritters topped with powdered sugar, with chicory crème anglaise ($9.00).
