(((folkYEAH!))) is proud to present an evening with Laura Marling as she performs at Don Quixote's International Music Hall. Hailing from Eversley, Hampshire, this indie vocalist, songwriter and guitarist first rose to prominence in the London folk scene. Her debut album Alas, I Cannot Swim, and her second album, I Speak Because I Can, were nominated for the Mercury Music Prize in 2008, and 2010 respectively. Laura Marling also won Best Female Solo Artist at the 2011 Brit Awards and was nominated for that same award at the 2012 Brit Awards.More Info
