Honor to South America with:* The lovely group Ritmo Caliente will be with us for a night of Salsa, Chacha & Merengue. Performances will start at 7:00PM for a 15 minute set, another at 7:30PM and another 8:30. Preview these dance teachers at http://www.myspace.com/ritmocalientedancers
* We will also honor wines from south America with exclusive Mexican, Uruguayan, Chilean and Argentinian wines and will offer food pairings to compliment that.
