Fifth Course: Calvados-Glazed Roast Duckling with Apple Sauce Rice Timbale. Sixth Course: Punch Romaine. Seventh Course: Roasted Squab on Wilted Cress. Eighth Course: Asparagus Salad with Champagne Saffron – Vinaigrette. Ninth Course: Chocolate Painted Eclairs with Vanilla Cream. After Dinner: Petit-Fours. The evening will include live classical music, period dressed staff, and a warm wonderful night to remember.
