Insight Meditation South Bay is pleased to announce: An Author Event with Lama Surya Das,This evening a unique opportunity to receive teachings directly from Lama Surya Das who, based in Massachusetts, is one of the most learned and highly trained American-born lamas in the Tibetan Dzogchen tradition. Lama Surya Das—invites us to experience this integration through traditional and original inter-meditation practices that allow us to see through the illusion of separation.This evening will include sitting meditation and teachings by the Lama Surya Das. Book signing will also be available. Event is by donation. No registration is needed.
