La Mar to Host Pisco Paired Dinner & Cocktail ClassLa Mar Cebichería Peruana in San Francisco will host a $79.00 pisco paired dinner and cocktail class on Wednesday, February 25, beginning with a 6:00 p.m. pisco make-your-own-cocktails seminar followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. with a prix fixe menu paired with more cocktails. The prix fixe will include Cebiche Tropical (sliced halibut, Asian pear, classic leche de tigre) served with a Pisco Bellini; Pasion Marina (grilled prawns and scallops, quinoa beet, passion fruit creamy leche de tigre) with a Pisco Punch; Grilled Filet Beef (with huacatay potato purée, soy ginger sauce, sautéed red chard) and a Kumquat Crush; and Pie de Lima with lime curd, crumbles, lime sorbet and meringue.
