They have a unique multilingual high energy blend of Reggae, Cumbia, Hip-Hop, Salsa, Rock, and World Music. They perform to a large, loyal and diverse following. They have 3 albums & 2 DVDs. Mixtape collaborating with a variety of international recording artists.

La Gente performed all over the US. & internationally in Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Nicaragua, England, Italy, France, and Spain. They've shared the stage with George Clinton, E-40, Digital Underground, Hyro-Glyphics, Coolio, Digable Planets, Pato Banton, Lyrics Born, Rupa & The April Fishes, Meklit Hadero, Pete Escovedo, and The B-side Players.
Nikki Borodi was integral to the NYC downtown music scene for years She's performed at Madison Square Garden & with Yoko Ono. The recent west coast transplanted developed her music & aerial acrobatic career her songs are driven with her voice, piano & ukulele; accompanied by cello, beat-box & drums. Her poetic song-writing is emotionally charged leaving audiences spellbound. Musical influences include Florence and the Machine, Sia, and Feist.
