Annual family outings to the Monterey Jazz Festival further solidified the younger Eastwood’s passion for jazz. As a bassist and bandleader with impeccable taste, Eastwood has sold out venues across three continents. His most recent release The View From Here (Jazz Village, March 2013) reveals Eastwood as one of the seminal musicians of today, displaying his expertise as a bandleader and his creativity as a composer.
