Kuumbwa Jazz Center is proud to host a CD release concert for the ultra talented Kendra McKinley. Hailing from Santa Cruz, Kendra is a singer and songwriter whose music consists of captivating vocal melodies, intricate guitar-picking and exotic chord progressions. She is also known for utilizing a loop pedal to layer her extensive vocal range and create refreshingly complex harmonies. Kendra McKinley's debut album, Chestnut Street, was recorded independently in collaboration with the North Pacific Company.
