touring the west coast and playing san francisco's Make Out Room on
Saturday, October 18th. her live act outside of nyc is solo guitar and
array mbira- a mix of intricate, experimental and ridiculously
complicated compositions from her first release "no one knows you're
foreign", and looped / overlayered indie/classical stuff from her
forthcoming 2nd record, "Stitches". Kelli has had great success in
nyc, including shows on the mainstage at the Knitting Factory,
residency at the Living Room, and headlining a packed house at the
Blue Note. She looks forward to returning to the Bay area.
