Who says Canada is all hockey and hosers? Hailing from Montreal comes the mighty Kataklysm. Known by their self-proclaimed musical style "northern hyper blast." Formed in 1991 Kataklysm was known early on as being on of the fastest, most chaotic metal bands around. Now, after eleven throat slashing, ear splitting albums, they are known for their diverse yet brutal approach to the death metal genre. Touring in support of their latest album "Waiting For The End To Come," which has been said is a true return to form. With a new drummer and their recently re-found ability to craft new songs that, while incredibly brutal, are also extremely catchy at the same time.
