Invest your time in shaping the young minds of today to prepare them for a better tomorrow. The fully developed curriculum allows you to hit the ground running with all of the resources you need to mentor the workforce of the 21 st century.

All Junior Achievement programs are facilitated by volunteers. Throughout JA's sequential K-12 programs, students use information, apply basic skills, think critically, and solve complex problems. We pride ourselves in developing innovative programs that are easy for volunteers to use; educating young people about business and economics and helping to prepare them for fulfilling careers.

Anyone can be a volunteer for JA. Volunteers are needed to work with students throughout our community. Multicultural and bilingual volunteers are especially needed to work with our east San Jose students.
