Celebrate Christmas Day with an holiday-inspired brunch or dinner from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. amid the magnificent Seasons Restaurant. Guests will indulge in a seasonal a la carte menu with an enticing appetizer and a decadent dessert buffet, while listening to live piano music by local legend Michael Udelson. Pricing: Adults, $110, Kids 12 and under, $45.Menu highlights include a Seafood Bar of Pacific Oysters, shucked to order and Ahi Tuna Tartare; Roasted Jumbo Asparagus with Forest Mushrooms, Shaved Parmesan, and Truffle Vinaigrette and an assortment of Dim Sum. Entree highlights include: 48-hour Braised Beef Short Ribs with Celery Root Mousse, Thumbelina Carrots, Brussels Sprouts Salad and Mustard Jus; Slow Cooked King Salmon with Cauliflower “Couscous” Root Spinach, among others.
