Description
Regarded as one of the greatest guitarists of the electric-blues era (and there a lot of them, believe me), blues-man Johnny Winter has had a career that falls somewhere between a working musician and a bona-fide rock god. Winter is far above a no-name bar band in skill and legacy, although he was never able to reach the plateau of legends like Clapton and Hendrix. But to those that take their ‘60s rock seriously, Johnny Winter’s fiery guitar solos are nothing less than mind-blowing, and for that, he’s earned himself a legend of his own. Junior Boogie opens.
