Johnny V. is one of the most renowned and sought after New Orleans drummers (he taught a young drummer names Stanton Moore who you know as the drummer in Galactic and Garage a Trois) and anytime he can play in a setting where there is plenty of room for his drums to do the talking he'll make quite a statement.
