Nationally renowned as a percussionist, historian, producer, composer, bandleader and teacher John Santos has been at the vanguard of the Bay Area jazz scene for more than 25 years, performing with everyone from Tito Puente to Dizzy Gillepsie and received his fifth Grammy nomnation in 2009 for La Guerra No with El Coro Follorico Kindembo.Don't miss the special "Indside JAzz" pre-show presentation "The Legacy of Latin Jazz" with speaker Joh Santos. 6:30pm| Free with evening ticket purchase.
