Lama FoFu is a high level Vajra Master. Lama FoFu's knowledge encompasses the treasures of the Pureland, Zen, and Tantric practices. For many years, she studied with Vajra Master Fa Hai Lama and learned the precious essence of esoteric Tibetan Tantric techniques of both the Ningma (Guru Nuo Na) and Kagyu (9th Gangkar Rinpoche) lineages.

She has wondrous abilities in Qigong and the healing arts. She founded the Tibetan Diamond Health Centre and The Universal HuaTsang Monastery in Vancouver. Lama FoFu is often invited to teach esoteric and exoteric Buddhism, and ways to nurture health and wellness in different parts of the world.
