Contemporary R&B songstress Jasmine Jordan is releasing her debut EP Time Travel on Jan. 20th, 2015. The album is the Los Angeles artist's sweet rendition of the 90s R&B sound. Staying honest to the femininity of the genre, Jasmine explored the different facets of love coming from a strong and confident, yet still imperfect, person to create rich stories that are heartfelt and empowering.Incorporating the soulfulness of Groove Theory, the sweetness of early Mariah Carey, and the sexiness and edge of Aaliyah, Jasmine stands out in the trending alternative pool with her timeless lyrics and sound. Breaking onto the music scene in the summer of 2014, the Washington state-raised songwriter has been named "an artist to watch" by urban tastemakers including DJ Booth, Singersroom, and You Know I Got Soul.
Produced and recorded entirely with multi-instrumentalist Andre de Santanna (Jason Maraz, Jesse McCartney), the album is just the beginning for Jasmine Jordan. The singer will be celebrating the release of Time Travel at The Mint in Los Angeles on Jan. 17th, 2015, and will be touring throughout the west coast this spring in support of the album.
