From five-voice madrigals to 20th century art songs, Jarring Sounds presents the evolution of music through transcriptions and intabulations for voice and plucked strings. The goal is for the duo to form a deeper connection with composers through co-creation, regardless of whether the composer was born in the 15th or 20th century. The program will include pieces by Respighi, Britten, Robert Dowland and more.
