Description
A once-in-a-lifetime culinary collaboration between two renowned chefs will kick off San Francisco’s Taste America weekend on Friday, October 24, 2014 at The Ritz-Carlton San Francisco. Dubbed A Night of Culinary Stars, the exclusive dining event will benefit the James Beard Foundation. The JBF Taste America evening will begin with a reception filled with bites and libations from local chefs, including Host Chef Michael Rotondo (Parallel 37), Daniel Patterson* (Coi), Tyler Florence (Wayfare Tavern), Staffan Terje (Perbacco) and Jennifer Puccio (Marlowe). Afterwards, guests will be seated for an exceptional dinner prepared by Taste America All-Star Paul Qui* (Qui, Austin), and Local Star Michael Mina* (Michael Mina, San Francisco), who have been paired together to create a unique multi-course menu diners won’t forget.5:30pm - Cocktail and Tasting Reception
