Description
JAH9 is one of the younger rising new wave reggae artists coming on strong internationally out of Jamaica. Reggae fans are very happy to see JAH9 and some of her contemporaries firing a roots revival with a more thoughtful, conscious uplifting message that is greatly needed and appreciated. JAH9 is a talented poet and lyricist with passionate heartfelt delivery.Opening the show is Luciano's backing band Ikronik. Ikronik is a great new group of top quality musicians. All of the members have paid their dues for years, but now this crew has come together as a unit doing their own original material. Ikronik features Eduardo on guitar, Phanso on drums, Duke on keys, Isaiah on bass and Junior "Kava" Johnson on keyboards and guitar. All of them sing and play.
