* What is meditation?
* Why do people meditate?
* History of meditation areound the world
* Three meditation techniques, one which will "really" resonate with you
* Two meditations showing you how you can use your meditation energy
* How meditation can be used a foundation for creating more harmony in your life
* How you can see rewarding results in your life in 7 days from as little as 10 mins a day and 4 days a week
* Includes take away notes on the course and meditations covered
The workshop is 3 hours and costs $50 when booked in advance, $60 during the final 7 days prior to the workshop.
