Description
Come to Insight Santa Cruz as they present a special program taught by instructor Mary Grace Orr entitled "Let Go". This workshop will be a day of practice and exploration of the places where each of us is letting go or needs to let go. There will also be periods of sitting, walking, and inquiry. No registration required. There is no charge, but dana is gladly accepted.More Info
