Have you ever wondered what goes through the minds of artists or where they get their ideas? This month you just may get a peek as artists share their personal insights, opinions, and life stories in their preferred forms of artistic expression. They may share how they see themselves, what they feel and even their dreams, but it’s up to you to figure it out.

Signature Salon: Solo Exhibit "The Dome Light" by Kevin Kihn
The Dome of Light displays the sphere of the heavens in which the Planets move. Philosophers of ancient Greece held that the twelve-sided figure, which underlies the form of the dome symbolized the cosmos; its faces corresponding to the twelve great Olympians of ancient myth. The matrix of perspective projected on its surface is a mathematical depiction of light and space, founded in Renaissance thought. The Dome is meant as a cosmographic work, a symbolic representation of the universe as perceived from a single point in space and time.
