The North Bay Black Chamber of Commerce presents our 8th annual black history celebration. Open to the public.Tickets include dinner and soft drinks. There will be fabulous raffle prizes such as gift cards, massages, 55" HD TV and more. Photo booth by Techtonic Events will capture all those fabulous 90s outfits you'll be wearing.
