Impact Bay Area teaches full force self defense using a padded mock-assailant instructor. We are a nonprofit organization whose mission is to reduce violence and promote healing by teaching self defense and empowerment. We offer scholarships in all of our classes because we believe that self defense is a right, not a privilege.
