Description
People train their entire lives to master classical music. They wake up at dawn, forgo their social life, and practice until their fingers are fixing to fall off. Aleksey Igudesman and Hyung-ki Joo belong to a special class of genius that has conquered this demanding music, but make it look so easy that they can work humor into these lofty compositions. Seeking to unstuff the image of classical music, these savants repurpose music standards into brilliant mutants like "I Will Survive" sung over a mash-up of Mozart. The two met at the age of 12 in the world-class Yehudi Menuhin School in England and their dual prowess in comedy and music smacks of Harpo and Chico Marx.More Info
