For the SECOND INSTALLMENT of our third birthday, we are bringing you TWO artists that have excited and inspired the ICEE imagination for quite some time. We couldn’t be happier to finally bring them both to SF for the first time. Happy birthday to US.
SPACE DIMENSION CONTROLLER is INCREDIBLE. As a producer, he has made links in our minds between foreign landscapes, alien planets, John Carpenter, and Detroit techno. As a DJ, he will assuredly take you somewhere far away and new. We can’t wait to see what this creature from the foreign planet of Northern Ireland will do.
BASIC SOUL UNIT is another guaranteed experience. Over the past decade, this Toronto-based master has released material all over the place, from Ostgut Ton to Crème Organization to Dolly to MULE to Mathematics and Nonplus. Don’t miss this guy. It will assuredly get heavy.
