Hotel Vitale’s La Dolce Vitale Wellness Experiences at Spa Vitale continues with “It’s Easy Being Green,” a special one-day retreat at the hotel’s penthouse-level Spa Vitale, emphasizing wellness activities as a way to nurture body, mind, and soul. “It’s Easy Being Green!” includes a presentation on stress management; green foods with high antioxidant properties; a private chat with a prosperity counselor; a meditation “tea party”; and an interactive joke-telling session to lift the spirit.
