Description
John Denning Studio is delighted to announce our upcoming exhibition, Horse Play. From original paintings to dynamic mixed media compositions, Denning has created a collection of work that is refined, imaginative and full of complexity.Denning’s unique approach to digital art is truly a feast for the eye. By sourcing, deconstructing and reinterpreting compositions, the artist produces original works of art that are full of unexpected surprises. Denning’s process is labor-intensive and often obsessive, as he produces surreal photomontages by layering hundreds of fragmented images from found objects, photographs, paintings and drawings.
Please join us for the opening reception, held at our Sonoma studio from 2:00-5:00 on Sunday, May 19th.
